Community- Hector Police Department Officer's will strive to improve the quality of community life while developing trust through cooperation between the citizens, law enforcement, and other agencies. Work together with the community and other agencies to enforce the laws within the framework of the United States Constitution and the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Conduct- All officers with the Hector Police Department will conduct themselves in an ethical, moral, and professional manner. Officers shall treat citizens courteously and with dignity.
Professionalism- Officers shall engage in behavior of which is beyond ethical reproach and reflects the integrity of the Hector Police Department.
Protect- Protect the rights, property, and peace of all citizens, making our community a safe place to live.
Serve- Serve the citizens by providing safety within our community with an emphasis on reducing criminal activity and unsafe driving practices.
